About WTCI’s AGILE Program

AGILE, the Advanced Global Innovation Leadership for Executives Program, features small group speaker panels + networking/happy hour sessions where top Maryland executives share industry insights on innovation and leadership. The goal of the program, created in collaboration with a true disruptive innovator and WTCI Board member Todd Ruppert, is to help drive disruptive thinking and innovative leadership across Maryland firms. A small group of approximately 20 firms (30 individuals) will attend four WTCI’s global innovation leadership sessions per year, gaining inspiration not only from the sessions but from the camaraderie built during the reception/networking with other fellow executives. Attendees will:

  • Hear from CEO’s and industry thought-leaders sharing innovation best practices
  • Engage in active interaction and Q&A among participants at each speaker session
  • Network at post-session happy hour receptions to enable 1:1 discussions
  • Receive periodic emails to include new, innovation-related articles and events
