Jason is currently leading analytics and data infrastructure efforts as the Director for Business and Clinical Analytics for Johns Hopkins Medicine International. He actively manages a team of analysts and architects who design and manage data infrastructure to support financial, operational, and strategic decision making across Johns Hopkins and supports Johns Hopkins International and their partners aboard in clinical quality and safety improvement initiatives. Mr. Miller serves on several healthcare committees and mentors students in Analytics under the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. He has extensive experience with Business Intelligence technology and many facets of database management. Several prior projects include working closely with Maryland’s healthcare commission and CMS, both in charge of setting hospital rates around the country, in efforts to contain costs and improve healthcare quality, especially care coordination to reduce hospital readmissions. Jason is a strategic leader with 15 years of progressively responsible years of experience in healthcare management. Jason earned a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County as well as a Master’s in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
