Beth Holladay is a Capture Manager for Northrop Grumman Mission System’s Missile Defense & Protective Systems division, a leading global provider, manufacturer and integrator of advanced, secure and agile software-defined systems and solutions. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the overall capture strategy to secure new business in domestic and international markets.
Previously Beth was the account manager for Northrop Grumman Technical Service’s U.S. Department of Treasury (DOT) portfolio, where she led the identification and qualification of DOT program opportunities. Her professional experience has also included program management responsibilities for various civilian agency programs. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman she provided engineering support to the Department of Navy AEGIS program. Throughout her career, Beth has held various engineering, software IT, program management, business development and capture management positions supporting the Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration, and Department of Treasury. Beth earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and an MS in Information Systems from The George Washington University.
Beth enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, photography, travelling anywhere, and reading!
